Through the Resolution 104/2025published in the Official Gazette, The call for public hearings was made official, which will take place in February, with the objective of discussing the initial terms of the bidding documents for the 677 kilometers of this strategic section for foreign trade.

Dates and location of hearings


The National Road Directorate (DNV)the entity in charge of supervising the works and conditions of the concessions, established the February 25, in Gualeguaychú, to treat national routes 12, 14, 135, A-015 and 117; and the February 27 in Victoria, focused on RN 174, which connects Rosario with Victoria by crossing the bridge over the Paraná River.

Project details and scope
This process is part of the initiative “Federal Concessions Network”which will be implemented in two stages:
- The first covers the 677 kilometers of Road Corridor No. 18.
- A second stage includes an additional 8,470 kilometers currently managed by Corredores Viales SAwith a toll concession scheme that includes construction, maintenance and expansion of strategic sections.
The project aims to improve road infrastructure and ensure the safety of users. According to official estimates, the scheme will allow the State to save about 6.1 billion dollars over a period of 15 to 20 years.
Public participation and transparency
During the hearings, bidders will be able to express opinions, present proposals and discuss related documents. Although these interventions are not binding, the DNV must justify any rejection.
After the hearings, the DNV will prepare a final report within 10 days, and the project will be approved or modified within 30 days.
National Highway Role
The DNV will be responsible for auditing the state of the concessioned routes through regular inspections that will evaluate aspects such as signage, the condition of the roads and general maintenance.
This project covers 20% of the national road network, which concentrates 80% of vehicular traffic, and seeks to strengthen the country’s logistics competitiveness.
