The Federal Chamber of Corrientes rejected on Tuesday the request for Gustavo Vera and the La Alameda Foundation to be accepted as complainants in the cause for the disappearance of the child Loan Peña. In a ruling they determined that “the representation of the child in the cause is guaranteed” by its parents, José Peña and María Noguera.
