Due to the modification of the Resolution No. 4298 Raised by the Treasury, users will have to take into account the current maximum amounts since, otherwise, they will be investigated by the entity.

According to the ARCA, this measure is the “simplification of processes for the benefit of taxpayers, through the instrumentation of mechanisms aimed at improving their information regimes.”
Ark: amounts that will control in virtual wallets
The amount varies according to the type of amount. In that sense, these are the values by which the ark will be notified:
More than $ 600,000
- Total consumption with debit cards in the country.
- Total income or expenses in virtual wallets.
More than $ 1,000,000
- Total bank accreditations recorded in the month.
- Total term deposits constituted in the month.
- Cash extractions in the country or abroad, by window, ATM or any other medium.
- Final balance in bank accounts on the last business day of each month.
- Final balance in virtual wallets on the last business day of each month.
More than $ 2,000,000
- Applicable only for virtual wallets, in case of bank or virtual transfers superior to said amount.
Documentation that ark can ask for
In case of observing unusual money movements, the regulatory entity may request documents:
- Monotax proof.
- Purchase and sale tickets.
- Justification of the sale of shares or companies.
- Salary receipts or vouchers of retirement assets.
- Billing of recent months.
