You are an expert in change. What was your own biggest challenge?
To understand that most of the changes are at the door. I was 30 when my mother fell ill with presiler dementia, I accompanied her for over nine years, together with other family members. The loss of control shaken me internally. Because I also asked myself at the time: How would I like to prepare for change in my life, how can I train inner flexibility? For example, prepare myself when my professional field changes? Since then I have always reorganized myself from the media manager to a corporate developer, worked as a coach, wrote a book.
