In the breakdown by sectors, wood and furniture led the year -on -year growth with 25.9%, followed by metal, machinery and equipment, and transport material that advanced 16.9%. Regarding the use of installed capacity, the timber industry registered the highest level of activity, operating at 64.5%, followed by paper and impressions, with 63.6%.

The sector recorded in January an increase of 4.2% year -on -year, at constant prices, as in the monthly comparison, which showed a 3.3% recovery. The industries of the sector operated at 59.4% of their capacity, 2.7 percentage points less than in December 2024 and 16.5 less than in January 2024.
Textiles and clothing
The production of the industries in the sector rose 9% year -on -year, at constant prices, and 4% compared to December 2024. The industries of the sector operated at 56.7% of their capacity, 2.9 points less than in December of 2024 and 11.5 less than in January 2024.
Wood and furniture

Paper and impressions
The activity showed a rise of 2.6% year -on -year, at constant prices, and 6.9% in the monthly comparison. Regarding the installed capacity, the sector worked at 63.6%, 0.6 points less than in December 2024 and 10.9 less than in January 2024.
