37 percent more money for Allianz boss Bäte

The insurance group Allianz hurries from success to success under his long -time boss Oliver Bäte. A beneficiary is: Bäte.
Allianz boss Oliver Bäte benefits from the development of his company: Last year, Bäte’s income rose by 37 percent and exceeded the threshold of ten million euros, as can be seen from the annual report of the Munich Dax Group. Bäte earned almost twice as much as investment board member Günther Thallinger in second place on the Allianz board of directors with 5.3 million.
As usual in Dax groups, Bätes are composed ten million from several components: 2 million basic salary, 2.3 million annual bonus, a special five-year long-term long-term bonus of 4.8 million euros. Last but not least, one million for old -age provision was added.
Under Bäte’s leadership, the largest German insurer has significantly increased its results in recent years. In 2024, the net profit added up to 9.9 billion euros, 45 percent more than in Bäte’s first full year at the Allianz top in 2016.
