Kart and cinema: Great stock market game prizes

The German carmaker Audi, a subsidiary of the VW Group, wants to make more money in the future and phase out smaller models: The A1 and the Q2 are no longer being built, said Audi boss Markus Duesmann yesterday, Monday, the “Handelsblatt”: The model range should be expanded upwards. In 2025, for example, a fully electric luxury sedan will come onto the market.

The shares in Audi’s parent company Volkswagen, which are listed in the leading German index Dax, are among the numerous share certificates that participants can buy in the OÖN and Raiffeisen Oberösterreich stock exchange game.

All securities listed on the internet homepage www.oon-boersespiel.at can be fictitious bought and sold. Selected stocks from the following indices are available: ATX, DAX, TecDAX, Euro Stoxx 50, Dow Jones Industrial and Nasdaq 100. Selected funds and certificates can also be traded. As in real trading, fees are deducted from the starting capital for each order, this rate is 0.25 percent of the transaction value. Anyone who registers for the stock exchange game receives a fictitious starting capital of 50,000 euros – and thus the opportunity to explore the world of the stock exchange in a playful and risk-free manner.

Winners also in the regions

In addition to the individual rating for adults and the student and class ratings, there will be a “region rally” again this year: further winners will be determined in six Upper Austrian regions. You will receive Kepler Fund vouchers worth 500 euros each.

Altogether there are prizes worth 30,000 euros: Those for the winning school classes are also impressive. For the first place there is “Race&Fun” in the Rotax Max Dome. For the second place class there is a “School Jump” in the Jump Dome. A private screening at Star Movie awaits the third-placed class.
