Musk puts X together with his AI company
With his AI company Xai, Elon Musk competes with the Chatgpt developer Openaai. The online platform X is now part of Xai – and the AI should deliver a lot of training material.
Tech billionaire Elon Musk brings the online platform X to the roof of his AI company Xai. In order to implement the merger, Xai took over in a share deal X, Musk announced the service. The majority of both companies belonged to him. Since X now becomes part of Xai, it should be much easier to use the artificial intelligence developed there with the name GROK to use all content on the online platform.
With Xai, Musk competes with other AI companies such as the Chatgpt developer Openaai. He wrote that with the takeover, data, computer infrastructure and employees are merged, among other things. X have 600 million active users, he claimed.
In the transaction, Xai was rated $ 80 billion and X was $ 33 billion, wrote Musk. In autumn 2022 he paid around $ 44 billion for the short message service Twitter based on the X. To do this, he also took out loans worth around twelve miliard dollars. Since both companies are not noted on the stock exchange, they do not have to publish any official messages for the takeover.
