The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) ordered a new increase in the amounts and income ranges of the family group for the collection of family assignments As of April 2025. The adjustment, which will be 2.40%, responds to the mobility established by current legislation.

The increase reaches the beneficiaries of the Family Assignments Regime instituted by Law No. 24,714, which covers workers in the dependency relationship of the National Private and Public Sector, beneficiaries of the Argentine Integrated Integrated System (SIPA), of the unemployment insurance, of the simplified regime for small taxpayers (monotax), as well as those who receive universal child allocation (AUH) and the assignment for pregnancy for social protection.


As established in the ANSES resolution, the new values will be applied to the beneficiaries as of April 2025.
- Family groups in which at least one of its members receives income greater than $ 2,105,438 will be excluded from the collection of family assignments, even when the total sum of their income does not exceed the maximum stipulated limit.

Amounts of family assignments, according to income
From next monthworkers in dependency relationshipholders of the unemployment benefit, monotributistas, war veterans, retirees and pensioners with children up to 18 years will receive the following amounts for family allocation, according to the entry of the family group. These same figures will also apply for prenatal family allocation:
