This is particularly widespread in the construction industry.
“Five years after the start of the pandemic and many crises later, a large part of the companies are desperate,” said the head of business research at Creditreform, Patrik-Ludwig Hantzsch. For the third time in a row, the negative assessment predominated in the assessment of the business situation. Companies held back in the investments and new settings.
