The presidential decree homologates the joint agreement that establishes steady salary increases for national public employees between March and May 2025.

He Government formalized an increase of 3.9% for public employees, to be applied in three monthly sections between March and May 2025. Although the proposal did not have the total support of the unions, it was approved by the Official Gazette.

The measure reaches both the permanent and non -permanent personnel of the national public administration, and includes additional updates, per diem and other remunerative concepts.

The parity agreement, closed on April 11, establishes 1.3% increases in each of the months of the period. In addition, it sets limits for the monthly gross remuneration of those who perform extraordinary services: $ 685,863 in March, $ 694,779 in April and $ 703,811 in May. However, these stops will not apply to those who fulfill tasks entrusted by third parties.

It was also clarified that certain concepts will be excluded from the salary calculation, such as zone compensation, non -bonus fixed sums or assistance awards. The increase also contemplates the civil personnel of intelligence of the Presidency of the Nation and the residents of the National Health System.

In that sense, new salary scales were defined for professionals in training of the Garrahan hospital and other institutions of the Ministry of Health. In March, first -year residents will charge $ 968,752, while those of the second year will receive $ 1,085,522 and those of third and fourth year, $ 1,193,716. Residence chiefs will receive $ 1,277,497. These amounts will be updated progressively in April and May.

The allocations for scholarships of the residents were also adjusted, which will reach $ 314,722 for the first year and up to $ 418,869 for bosses in May.

As a complement, the government agreed to pay an extraordinary bonus of $ 45,000 with the salaries of May. However, the State Workers Association (ATE) rejected the agreement, considering that the agreed increase does not compensate for the loss of purchasing power.
