The move to the new company headquarters has also inspired the internal processes at MIC: The Linz company, which specializes in customs software, offers employees the greatest possible flexibility there. The open -plan office is supplemented by numerous smaller and larger meeting rooms, there are no fixed jobs. “Almost every meeting is hybrid,” says HR head Margit Klima-Bencic.
