The Association of Competition Center accuses the Danish rating platform Trustpilot misleading information. This emerges from a letter that is available to the German Press Agency. Trustpilot suggests a 100 % authenticity of the reviews, but does not do justice to this claim, criticizes the competitive center. It accuses the company of violating the law of unfair competition. The letter from the competition center states that during a test between October last year and February, 86 false reviews were deliberately handed over to Trustpilot. Trustpilot published 31 reviews of this and deleted 55. Trust pilot mostly removed positive reviews.

As a lawyer at the competition center said, the complaint about Trustpilot has been brought to the association by a member company. The competition center from the Hessian Bad Homburg near Frankfurt asked Trustpilot for comment.

Trust pilot checks allegations of the competitive center

On request, Trustpilot from Copenhagen announced that the company was checking the allegations of the competitive center.
