Alfons Schuhbeck: CHISCHOCK is back in court in Munich

Almost two and a half years after his first conviction, CHUSCH Alfons Schuhbeck (76) currently has to answer again in court. The trial that found its start before the Munich I District Court on Tuesday and appeared personally at Schuhbeck is about extensive subsidy fraud and bankruptcy. According to the information from the authorities, the investigative files include a total of 124 pages.

: “Suspicion of bankruptcy in nine cases, fraud in four cases, the attempted fraud in five cases, the subsidy fraud in nineteen cases, the preliminary contemplation and confidence of work in 479 cases.”

His lawyers had already organized the fact that Schuhbeck wanted to defend themselves against the new allegations immediately after their collection in October of last year. Four main hearing dates were scheduled, the next two take place on July 1st and July 2. A judgment should be expected on the last day of the trial on July 14th.

In October 2022, Alfons Schuhbeck was sentenced to three years and two months without probation for tax evasion. Schuhbeck had previously submitted several partial confession in court. The Federal Court of Justice later confirmed the prison sentence, which the big chef finally competed in August 2023.

In May of this year, however, the 76-year-old was released due to health problems for the time being and a few days ago it was said by the Munich I: “Currently it is being examined whether and, if necessary, like the necessary medical treatment of Mr. Schuhbeck, it can be continued in detention,” said a spokeswoman. “In any case, until the end of this exam, the convict does not have to be further completed of the prison sentence in the prison.”
