It is the crucial moment in one of the most sensational processes of the year: Sean “Diddy” Combs (55) will not testify on its own behalf. After more than six weeks of taking evidence, both the public prosecutor and defense ended their cases before the court in New York. The closing plates of both sides begin on Thursday. Then it is up to the twelve jury to decide whether Sean Combs is convicted. The indictment is to blackmail, sex trade and promotion of prostitution – allegations that could bring him a lifelong prison sentence in the event of a conviction.
