Pop star Taylor Swift ensured enthusiasm in Nashville with a surprise appearance at a benefit show – to the special joy of her friend.
Taylor Swift can probably blame nobody not to be there for her friend Travis Kelce. The US pop star made a surprise gig at a football training camp that is co-organized by her professional athlete friend. At the concert in Nashville (Tennessee), the 35-year-old played her hit “Shake it off”, as could be seen on video recordings.
According to the magazine “People”, Swift surprised the audience when she suddenly appeared during the set of country singer Kane Brown. “The crowd completely raced,” the magazine quoted a source. After the performance, she thanked the band and gave every single musician a hug.
The North American football league NFL also reacted to the performance: A common picture of Swift, Brown and Kelce was shared on social media – with the comment: “If you think you are the star guest, but you are not.”
