The actor and musician Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht, which is temporarily arrested due to money debt, should be demonstrated to a judge in the course of Thursday. At the appointment it will then be decided whether the 33-year-old will remain in a permanent manner, a spokeswoman for the public prosecutor in Hamburg told the German Press Agency. “This also has to happen today because it cannot be held for more than 24 hours based on the international arrest warrant.” The spokeswoman could not say exactly when the decision is certain.
Ochsenknecht was temporarily arrested on Wednesday afternoon at Hamburg Airport due to an international arrest warrant against him. He was searched for not paying an invoice of around 14,000 euros to a Tyrolean hotel from December 2021, as the Austrian public prosecutor said.

The procedure has already been completed by civil law. It was decided in favor of the hotelier because Ochsenknecht had neither appeared on the process nor had commented on the matter.
