In May Marie Nasemann and her husband Sebastian Tigges announced their separation. Your parent podcast continues now.
Sebastian Tigges himself calls a “venture”: Despite the separation of wife Marie Nasemann, the two continue their podcast “Family Feelings” together. “We both don’t know if that works, we’ll take a look,” said the influencer in the first episode after the relationship. Since 2021 he has been running through the parent podcast together with the actress-first as “three is a party”, then as “four is a party” and under the current name since 2023.
Already at the separation cup in May, the two had indicated that their podcast project could continue. Now they have decided to continue – but several attempts were necessary. “We actually wanted to go back to the microphones earlier, but it was too emotional and too difficult,” explains Nasemann. Both could not really let go of the podcast and still believe in the project.
Sebastian Tigges and Marie Nasemann have two children
The ex-couple now wants to use the weekly conversation to remain informed about the life of the other. That is why Tigges also reports to his still-wife that the past few weeks have been difficult for him. “There have been many ABS in the past few weeks, now so small will come to the between. But the situation is of course still new and difficult – and it will stay that for a while.”
The two -time parents face the challenge of finding a new form of living together with their two children. You have currently established a “2-2-5-5” system, in which you alternately spend two and five days in a row in your new separate apartments with your son (born 2020) and your daughter (born 2021). “I find it difficult to let go when I had it,” admits the 40-year-old. The former GNTM candidate can understand that: “You suddenly have the feeling that I am missing one leg or something.”
Real separation is difficult
Both Sebastian Tigges and Marie Nasemann receive therapeutic support in coping with their new life situation. “It is still the main challenge in our separation that we really separate at all,” explains Nasemann. “In the past few months it has always been a back and forth.” The emotional letting go proven to be more difficult than expected – especially since you have to see yourself because of the children together. It is not yet possible to meet four again as a family.
The former model and the lawyer married in May 2021 and quickly became one of the most popular influencer pairs in Germany. They openly shared their family life with their followers. At the beginning of May 2025, they announced: “After almost eight years of relationship, we decided some time ago to go separate ways. We separate from love for our children who earn parents who can meet benevolently.”
