In his thoughtful answer, McCartney mentioned the discs of The Band, The Beach Boys and Neil Young as the ones that have marked him most. “My favorite albums from other artists are usually: ‘Music from Big Pink’ by The Band, ‘Pet Sounds’ by the Beach Boys and ‘Harvest’ by Neil Young”said.
