Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht thanks Yeliz Koc after arrest

The son of actor Uwe Ochsenknecht and Natascha Ochsenknecht was arrested on Wednesday after his return trip from Dubai at Hamburg Airport. The reason: an open hotel bill at the time allegedly 14,000 euros. In the meantime, Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht has paid the debt.

He apparently received support from his ex-girlfriend Yeliz Koc. A statement on social media suggests this. “Jimi is doing well and he thanks Yeliz for selfless help in an emergency situation,” says the actor in an explanation that was published in his story. In addition, Ochsenknecht thanks for the support of his family and “the friendly treatment of all authorities in Hamburg”.

In August 2020, his relationship with reality star KOC became public. She became pregnant, they were looking forward to their child together. But even before the little Snow was born in October 2021, the couple separated.

For Ochsenknecht, the drama is not over yet. “In principle, we think that the persecuted will leave the detention center at the weekend,” said chief prosecutor Mia Sperling-Karstens. The delivery procedure is now taking its normal run. A spokeswoman for the Attorney General had already been provided. The multi -stage procedure, which is conducted in writing between the lawyers and the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court, usually takes several weeks. “It can still take three to four weeks for the decision.” And that long has to endure the 33-year-old in Hamburg in extradition custody.

As the public prosecutor’s office in Innsbruck in Austria confirmed when asked by the “Bild” newspaper, a European arrest warrant against Ochsenknecht was issued beforehand because after a excessive party for his 30th birthday 2021 he had not paid the bill of a Tyrolean hotel. Austrian authorities were cited as follows: “Mr. Ochsenknecht is suspected of taking hotel services worth almost 14,000 euros in a hotel in Kitzbühel at the end of 2021 and then not paid for. Ochsenknecht’s lawyer Dr. Sebastian Skradde initially spoke of a misunderstanding: “The hotel and Jimi were disagreed with different opinions about the cooperation about the hotel costs. The debts are now paid. This was also confirmed by the hotel manager of the news agency dpa. In custody, Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht remains, because that does not change the accusation of fraud. The investigation in Innsbruck is not yet charged. Ochsenknecht’s lawyer did not want to comment on the case for the time being. “We cannot provide any further information at the moment,” he said.
