Singer Max Giesinger often wonders whether he could be even better – as a musician and in everyday life. But he wants to take off perfectionism.
According to high demands on himself, Max Giesinger has his own information. “I often concentrate on the five percent who do not run instead of the 95 percent that are good,” said the singer in an interview with the “Bild”. He often wants to do everything perfect. “And if I don’t do it justice, I am quickly dissatisfied. I’m often too strict with myself.”
The 36-year-old (“80 million”, “when she dances”) feel “from time to time. He probably needs that to make his music. “Something in me feels comfortable in the role of the non-acceptance wool. Sometimes I wonder: Is that already the best version of myself-or is there anything else?”
“Sometimes that’s too much for me.”
More always goes: more sport, better nutrition, more songs – “Or I just relax and I am satisfied with what I have,” said Giesinger. Actually, he is a relaxed and spontaneous guy, especially in his habitat, music. “But to be a person of public life – sometimes that’s too much for me.”
He was convinced that many artists struggle with themselves. This also creates creativity. “The reason was also the reason why I still wanted to be better, a better singer and entertainer.” Nevertheless, he is now “a little milder with me”.
