Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht reports from prison

The actor and musician Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht showed himself to be clear for the first time since he was arrested at Hamburg Airport almost a week ago. “I should have known how serious the situation was and I would never have let it go. That was wrong,” the 33-year-old posted on Instagram in a story.

The open amount was transferred by his ex-girlfriend and mother of his daughter Yeliz Koc within an hour. She offered help “without batting with the eyelash” and transferred the open remaining amount. For this he thanked her with many words. “You are an absolute lion.”

The son of the actor Uwe Ochsenknecht had celebrated a birthday for several days in a hotel in Tyrol at the end of 2021 – and is said to have never paid the almost 14,000 euros high calculation, despite multiple warning, installment payment offers and court hearings.

On Wednesday a week ago, he was temporarily arrested after landing at Hamburg Airport because he was sought with an international arrest warrant because of the debt. He has been in custody since then and is to be delivered to Austria soon, where he is investigated due to fraud against him. A corresponding delivery arrest warrant was issued on Tuesday by the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court.

“He has been announced today. That is the basis for the productive custody,” said a spokeswoman for the Hamburg General Prosecutor’s Office of the German Press Agency. However, the delivery procedure has not yet been completed, and further legal steps are necessary.

Until the delivery procedure has been completed, Ochsenknecht must persevere in custody. “The spook still has no end and the adventure really starts,” he posted. He continued to think about the time in prison. “I had enough time to worry without distraction and reflect on my mistakes. Maybe I also needed that. I have been a role model for many people out there for over 24 years and I did a lot that was not very exemplary.”

Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht is one of three children of the actor Uwe Ochsenknecht (“The Moving Man” “The Boot”) and the model Natascha Ochsenknecht. The couple is now separated.
