With more than 1,100 guests – between government authorities, diplomats and businessmen – the United States embassy in Argentina celebrated the Independence Day with an event that combined celebration and gastronomy in a high level environment.
The event was held on June 24 at the emblematic Bosch Palacelocated at Av. Del Libertador 3502, who dressed as a gala to honor US independence.
This year, the theme was “The Great American Road Trip”, a tribute to the adventurous spirit and the cultural diversity of the United States, evoking iconic routes such as the Route 66, Lincoln Highway, Hana Highway, Lake Superior Circle Tour and the Blue Ridge Parkwayamong others.

What catering was served in the Bosch Palace
The menu was in charge of Blue Catering, a group L -brand brand specialized in events and gastronomic experiences for corporate encounters.
For this occasion, they offered a proposal inspired by the regional diversity of the United States, inviting an authentic tour of their most characteristic flavors.
Fried chicken to the Honey Mustard, Smash Burgers, Hot Dogs, different varieties of tacos, clams soup, walnut cake, Key Lime Pie and Cheesecake were some of the outstanding dishes that combined tradition, creativity and quality.

In addition to gastronomy as a cultural bridge, the palace atmosphere accompanied with a thematic decoration, which transformed its spaces into a journey through US landscapes, symbols and culture.
