Lilly Becker seems to react calmly to ex Boris’ baby news. However, she cannot help but be a small swipe.
Boris Becker (57) surprised with BabyNews a few days ago: the former tennis professional and his wife Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro (35) expect the first child together, Becker becomes a father for the fifth time. Ex -wife Lilly (49), with which Bori’s son Amadeus (15) shares, has now commented on it for the first time – and tuned in unusually conciliatory tones.
“I think that’s nice. He also deserves it. A little rest,” said Lilly Becker at the Chio riding tournament in Aachen – and probably alluded to the turbulent past years of her ex -husband.
Small side blow against Boris
But with all serenity, the native Dutch did not miss a small swipe. She did not learn about the news from Boris herself, but, like everyone else, about his public announcement. And the son Amadeus together too. “But we have got used to this now,” admits Becker.
Boris Becker announced the baby news on Sunday, in which he announced that it was “a little miracle on the way”. In the “Becker Petkovic” podcast, he speculated that the child will be born in December and Christmas, so his wife is four months pregnant.
Boris Becker will be father for the fifth time
It is the fifth child for Boris Becker. With his first wife Barbara Becker (58) he has the adult sons Noah (31) and Elias (25), from a liaison with Angela Ermakova (57) daughter Anna (25). Boris Becker was in a relationship with Lilly Becker until 2018. Her son Amadeus was born in 2010.
Becker has been in a relationship with the Italian Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro since mid -2020, and in May 2024 they made her engagement known. In September the yes followed in Portofino, Italy.
