Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht is still in custody. Whether it will be delivered to Austria should be decided shortly.
After entering Germany, actor Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht (33) was arrested at Hamburg Airport last week. The son of Uwe (69) and Natascha Ochsenknecht (60) is said to have not paid a hotel bill in Austria of around 14,000 euros. It will soon be decided whether he is delivered to the neighboring country – although the open sum is now said to have been paid by his ex -partner Yeliz Koc (31).
Prosecutor’s office submits the application
The Attorney General had submitted an application for admissibility of the delivery, said the spokeswoman for the Hamburg General Prosecutor’s Office, Melina Traumann. Now the Higher Regional Court (OLG) Hamburg has to decide. “As soon as there is an admissibility decision by the OLG, the Hamburg General Prosecutor will grant delivery,” says the Spot on News’ news agency. “After the OLG has decided to deliver the delivery, the persecuted must be delivered within 10 days.”
Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht: “Maybe I needed that!”
A few days ago, Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht spoke up via Instagram. “I had enough time to worry without distraction and reflect on my mistakes. Maybe I needed that!” He wrote in his stories. At the same time, however, he also emphasized: “The spook still has no end and the adventure now only starts” – an indication that the hotel bill is apparently not enough. According to his own statements, the Austrian public prosecutor accuses him of further crimes. So far, however, he has not received evidence of the six alleged offenses.
