It is decided: actor Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht may be delivered to Austria.

The German actor Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht (33) may be delivered to Austria. This is what a spokeswoman for the Hamburg public prosecutor has. It is not communicated how and when Ochsenknecht should be transferred. “Further information that affects the implementation of the delivery and the time of handing over the persecuted to the requesting state are not granted,” quotes the daily newspaper.

After entering Germany, Ochsenknecht was arrested at Hamburg Airport in June. He was accused of not paying a hotel bill in Austria of around 14,000 euros. A few days ago it was announced that it would shortly be decided whether the son of Uwe (69) and Natascha Ochsenknecht (60) could be delivered, although the open sum is now said to have been paid by his former partner Yeliz Koc (31).

Ochsenknecht must “be delivered within 10 days”

Most recently, an application for admissibility of the delivery had been made, as the spokeswoman for the General Prosecutor’s Office in Hamburg, Melina Traumann, confirmed. The Higher Regional Court (OLG) in Hamburg then had to decide. “As soon as there is an admissibility decision by the OLG, the Hamburg General Prosecutor will grant delivery,” it said at the request of the news agency Spot on News. It was also announced: “After the OLG has decided to deliver the delivery, the persecuted must be delivered within 10 days.”

Maybe Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht “used exactly that”

Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht spoke up a few days ago via Instagram. “I had enough time to worry without distraction and reflect on my mistakes. Maybe I needed that!” He said in his stories. At the same time, he emphasized: “The spook still has no end and the adventure only starts.” It is an indication that it is apparently not enough to pay the hotel bill. According to his own statements, the Austrian public prosecutor accuses him of further crimes. At that time, however, he did not see any evidence of the six alleged offenses.
