The series revolves around a group of people who are transported to a parallel universe in which they have to play and win games to stay alive.

Netflix revealed the first trailer of the expected third season of Alice in Borderlandwhich arrives three years after the acclaimed second season of 2022. The third season will premiere on September 25 worldwide.

The advance shows how Arisu and Usagi’s lives fall apart since they returned to the real world after the second season, where they are tormented by nightmares and devastating visions of Borderland. Usagi is kidnapped and taken back to Borderland, while Arisu receives a mysterious letter from Joker while the chaos is unleashed.

What is the third season of Alice in Borderland

The official synopsis of the third season says: “After the kidnapping of Usagi and its subsequent abandonment by a mysterious scholarly obsessed with the hereafter, Arisu returns to the dangerous border land to save her. Together with new players, they must face the still unknown Joker’s phase in a desperate attempt to find a way to return to his original world.”
