After allegations of the Austrian judiciary, actor and musician Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht sits in prisoner transport, initially towards Hesse. He could confirm that the artist stayed in the JVA Hannover on Wednesday night, a spokesman for the institution said. In the morning the transport was continued by bus. The “Bild” newspaper had previously reported.
“I can only provide information that he is traveling towards Hesse and will continue to be sent from there,” said the spokesman. At which station the prisoners would be handed over, the bus crew make up with the individual institutions.
Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht: Charge for unpaid hotel bills
Against the 33 -year -old Ochsenknecht is investigated in Austria for fraud. The son of the actor Uwe Ochsenknecht had celebrated a birthday for several days in a hotel in Tyrol at the end of 2021 and is said to have not paid the almost 14,000 euros high bill despite multiple admonition, installment payment offers and court hearings.
The Hanseatic Higher Regional Court declared the actor approved by the Hamburg General Prosecutor’s Office on Monday. According to previous information, the accused must be delivered within ten days.
International arrest warrant
Ochsenknecht was temporarily arrested two weeks after landing at Hamburg Airport and was taken into custody. There was an international arrest warrant against him. “I should have known how serious the situation is and I would never have let it go. That was wrong,” he wrote on Instagram last week.
