O-Satori offers more than Japanese food, it is an experience suspended in time and air. With panoramic views that evoke an instant of serenity towards the Obelisk, the Colón Theater, the Barolo Palace (the iconic domes of the city), this space has another look of Buenos Aires from another perspective.

The proposal is Omakase, that Japanese word that means “I get carried away”, is what it invites when you arrive: surrender to the hands of the Itamae (Japanese chef), which designs a unique menu every night, guided according to the coolest products, the seasonality and its inspiration of the moment, where the diner is given by complete to creativity.
Nothing is randomly freed. Each cut, every presentation, every detail of the service is designed to live a deep sensory trip. Very exclusive, with two shifts, dim light, elegant silence, it has a minimalist aesthetic that frames the absolute prominence. O-Satori was thought for those who seek something different and exclusive.

Eating in O-Satori is to sit around a bar for few diners, which opens its doors on Fridays and Saturdays, only with previous reserve. Trout tiraditos, Nigiri of White Fishing, flambiad salmon nigiri, white fishing sashimi and ceviche foam among the proposals, is an experience that can be enjoyed in two shifts, and is in charge of chefs specialized in traditional Japanese cuisine.
“We wanted to bring to Buenos Aires a proposal that not only knows about Japanese cuisine, but embodies its philosophy, its respect for the product and its search for balance. O-Satori is that: a ritual, a ceremony, a pause in time,” he says Esteban Macuka, food and beverage manager of Buenos Aires Marriott.
