Kanye West is being accused of Sexual aggression and people traffic in a new complaint filed by his former assistant.
Lauren Pisciottawho started working for West (also known as Ye) in 2021 as A & R during the creation of his album “Donda” And eventually he became his personal assistant, he previously sued the rapper for unjustified dismissal and sexual harassment in June 2024. Now, in a second amended demand shared by the Variety portal, he has alleged that West “raped her orally without her consent” and forced her to meet her sexual demands making false promises about the progress of her career.
At the time of Pisciotta’s original lawsuit, West’s lawyer issued a statement by qualifying those accusations of “unfounded” and stating that there were plans to present a contrademanda.
What does the complaint against Kanye West say
The complete list of accusations that Pisciotta makes in the updated complaint includes hostile work atmosphere: Sexual harassment, aggression, physical aggression, sexual assault, sex traffickinglack of prevention of harassment, discrimination and reprisals, gender discrimination, stalking, false imprisonment, promising impediment and intentionally inflicting emotional anguish.
“West submitted Mrs. Pisciotta to obscene comments about her body, demanded that she wear tight clothes, groinned it regularly, forced her to observe him having sex with other women, sent her sexually explicit photos and demanded that she do the same, and repeatedly demanded that she participated in her sexual encounters, to which she refused,” Vaginally to Mrs. Pisciotta with the fingers.
Pisciotta also claims that West “offered someone the opportunity” to have sex with her in exchange for allowing her to have sex with her partner. The demand indicates that West supposedly “offered women as sexual ‘gifts’ to men.”
The complaint alleges that sex traffic occurred because West “He recruited and deceived the plaintiff by making fraudulent promises of professional ascent in exchange for her consent to sexual contactand used strength and coercion to obtain the fulfillment of their sexual demands generating the fear that refusing to the wishes of Ye would bring serious consequences such as public humiliation, online harassment, dismissal, reprisals and violence. ”
Pisciotta’s lawyers claim that, after Pisciotta’s continuous negative to West’s sexual insinuations, he fired her in autumn of 2023. However, even after her dismissal, the complaint claims that West moved to the same apartment complex as her and, on one occasion, she grabbed her by force by the neck. After moving to Florida to escape from him, the complaint alleges that West harassed Pisciotta by falsely reporting existent emergencies and incidents, as well as requesting fraudulent services and deliveries at his home.
He states that this alleged harassment worsened after the presentation of his original demand in June 2024, becoming a practice known as “swatting.” This included complaints of child abuse and murder, and Pisciotta could not foresee when or if the forces of the order would go to their home under the pretext of a false emergency, according to the complaint.
Pisciotta demands a jury trial to claim general, economic and punitive damage, including past and future income losses.
