After stations in Munich and Berlin, Karlheinz Hauser was chef and patron in the Seven Seas restaurant in Hamburg from 2002 to 2022, which was awarded the first and 2012 with the second Michelin star in 2003. Hauser, also in cooperation with son Tom, has been responsible for the British Formula 1 racing team McLaren Racing since 2022.
