Tenreinta: A restaurant that knows vinyl, art and rebellion

Tenreinta: A restaurant that knows vinyl, art and rebellion

A bold kitchen, an atypical wines curatorship and a space that vibrates to the rhythm of analog music.

Tenreinta is not just a restaurant: it is a creative space where gastronomy, culture and independent art converge. Born of the desire to materialize an idea that transcends the limits of traditional cuisine, the place was conceived and is led by Eliseo Martínez, chef, music producer and visual artistwho printed his sensitivity in every corner of the project.

With a kitchen without molds, which bets on contrasts, the seasonal and the unexpected, the tenreint menu combines local ingredients with modern techniques, and dishes as surprising as accessible. From the fishing oil, the chorizo tataki, or the creamy rice of fungi and parmesan, the letter proposes a kitchen without labels. It is a letter that is designed to generate enjoy, share, and be surprised.

To this is added a curatorship of more than 20 labels of low and medium intervention wines, from small and medium producers from all over the country, selected to tour Argentine wine diversity with a fresh, alternative and unconventional look. A letter that reinforces this idea of exploring without solemnity.

The music, essential pillar of the place, sounds exclusively in vinyl, with a collection cured by Elisha himself: funk, soul, jazz, Afrobeat, reggae, disc and analog oddities that create a unique, live and authentic atmosphere.

The result: a space with industrial aesthetics, warm and decontracted, which invites you to stay, explore and enjoy. Where the culinary, the sound and the visual dialogue with total freedom.

Tenreinta is irreverent, sensitive, vibrant and deeply personal. And that shows on each dish, each cup and each song.
