Bodega Antucura presented new vines of its wines and a complete redesign of the labels of its Vineyard and Blends single lines.
The Vineyard Single Line is composed of three varietals: Malbec 2022, Cabernet Franc 2022 and, for the first time, Merlot 2023. The Blends line includes folie 2022, Blend Selection 2021 and Grand Vin 2021.
The new visual identity was developed by designer Daniel Favier, with the participation of the winery team. The update seeks to align with consumption trends and expand the scope of the brand. The labels incorporate elements that refer to the meaning of the name Antucura, which in Mapudungún language means “stone of the sun.”

As explained from the winery, in the case of the Vineyard wines, a specific plot that reflects the varietal expression is selected. Wines are raised for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Antucura produces wines with 1.050 meters cultivated grapes above sea level, in alluvial soils with gravels in the subsoil. The area is characterized by its dry continental climate, thermal amplitude and irrigation with Andean thaw water. These conditions, together with the action of constant wind, favor the development of the vineyard with minimal intervention.
Presentation and next steps
During an encounter with journalists at the farm, Anne-Caroline Biancheri presented the new designs and anticipated development projects linked to future labels and the cellar infrastructure. As expressed in the presentation, the focus will be on continuing to diversify the portfolio and in advance with structural improvements that will be progressively implemented.
