Katie Price has done it again: the British reality TV star has had cosmetic surgery. Fans and boulevards are appalled by the result.
Katie Price’s list of cosmetic surgeries is long. The 43-year-old Brit is a big fan of plastic surgery, according to the Daily Mail she has had 14 surgeries in the past 24 years. The model recently went under the knife again. She underwent an eye and brow lift in Belgium in January and was spotted with her head heavily bandaged afterwards – and has now shared the results of the surgery with the world.
Many fans are shocked: Price is hardly recognizable after the operation. Price first became known in the UK as a model, then through her own reality TV show and appearances in the UK versions of Jungle Camp and Celebrity Big Brother. But now her face has little to do with what many television viewers know from these shows. The eyes in particular now appear larger and rounder than before.
Katie Price: Malicious reactions to plastic surgery
The operation, including accommodation, is said to have cost £10,000 (almost €12,000), according to The Sun newspaper. If you believe the reactions on social networks and the English tabloid media, it was rather wasted money. “This is really a cry for help,” commented a user on Instagram of a photo of Price. “There’s nothing natural about you anymore,” writes someone else. There are very few compliments on her new look.
Even the tabloids in England, known for their ruthlessness, do not hide their opinion. The mother of five is already being compared to Michael Jackson.
Actually, Price has completely different problems: Twice in just two weeks she was about to go to jail. It was about debts that she should not have paid. The 43-year-old had to officially declare bankruptcy in 2019 with debts of £3.5 million (about 4.2 million euros).
