Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht’s prisoner transport is approaching Austria. The handover will be expected to the authorities there by the end of the week.
Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht (33) is currently on his long way to Austria. The son of Schauzellendende Uwe (69) and Natascha Ochsenknecht (60), who left Hamburg in a prisoner transport, said on July 14th in the Munich -Stadelheim correctional facility – after stations in Hanover, Frankfurt/Main and Nuremberg. The goal is the Innsbruck judge. His arrival there is expected by the end of the week. When exactly Ochsenknecht will arrive there, the news agency Spot on News could not be announced.
The procedure for the delivery of Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht
On July 7, the Higher Regional Court (OLG) Hamburg decided that Ochsenknecht could be delivered to Austria. “After the OLG decided to deliver the delivery, the persecuted must be delivered within 10 days,” the spokeswoman for the Attorney General, Melina Traumann, confirmed on request.
Ochsenknecht must be brought before the investigative judge in Tyrol by Wednesday evening at the latest. The celebrity son was arrested in June after entering Germany at Hamburg Airport. He was accused of not paying a hotel bill in Austria of around 14,000 euros. The delivery to Austria was then approved, although the open sum is now said to have been paid by his former partner Yeliz Koc (31).
Maybe Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht “used exactly that”
Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht spoke up a few days ago. “I had enough time to worry without distraction and reflect on my mistakes. Maybe I needed that!” He said in his stories. He has been “model for many people” for over 24 years, but did a lot of things “which was not exemplary”.
