Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht was handed over to the Austrian authorities on Wednesday. A judge now decides on the procedure.
On Wednesday morning, Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht was handed over to the Austrian authorities on the German-Austrian border. It was delivered at 8:25 a.m. near Kiefersfelden in Bavaria. When asked by the news agency Spot on News, the responsible public prosecutor’s office in Austria has not yet wanted to confirm or comment on this. From the official side it was only said that there would be a statement on the Ochsenknecht case as soon as the responsible judge decided on how to proceed.
According to “Bild”, the actor had previously been picked up from the JVA Munich, where he had been housed since Monday. The journey to the border took place under police accompaniment via the A8 and A93 motorways. The handover is said to have taken place at the former police inspection in Kiefersfelden in the Rosenheim district.
The Austrian public prosecutor accuses the son of Natascha and Uwe Ochsenknecht. At the end of 2021, he is not said to have paid a hotel bill of EUR 13,827.35. After the incident, Ochsenknecht for the police and public prosecutor’s office was unable to reach for years. The Austrian authorities therefore searched for a European arrest warrant after the 33-year-old.

Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht: arrest at Hamburg Airport
On June 25, 2025, Ochsenknecht was finally arrested when entering Hamburg. He had just returned from a flight from Dubai when the officials accessed and brought him to a Hamburg prison. In the event of a conviction for severe fraud, Ochsenknecht threatens up to three years in prison.
