Barbara Becker has had an apartment in Milan since the beginning of the year, now she has finally broken her tents in Miami.
Barbara Becker (58) finally returns to Europe. She had been living in a villa in Miami directly on the water for over 20 years, where she also raised the two joint sons Noah (31) and Elias (25) after the separation from Boris Becker (57). Now she has sold her house to move to her partner Marcello Montini (57) in Milan.
“I had been thinking about it for a long time and now I have accepted an offer,” reports Becker of the magazine “Bunte”. Although she still wants to spend time in Miami, her center of life is now being moved to Italy.
Own apartment in Milan
The entrepreneur had already received an apartment in Milan at the beginning of the year – directly under her partner. “I have now found an apartment in Milan that I just set up. My friend Marcello also lives. After 25 years it is the first time that I live in Europe again,” she said. The author has been with the Italian Montini for over two years. Although the two are together most of the time, it is important to them to have their own empire.
Even then, she was thinking about selling her villa in Miami because she was just too big after moving out of her children. “I can no longer fill out everything with myself – if I only stay between the bedroom, kitchen and garden,” said Becker. The domicile is no longer worthwhile, because she has now also “finally understood that the children’s rooms in Miami are now empty”.
In the same city with Boris Becker
Her ex -husband Boris Becker and his pregnant wife Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro also live in Milan – still in pairs, but in December their first child is to be born.
In the “M Like Marlene” podcast, the 58-year-old revealed that she actually ran into the sports star and his wife directly on her doorstep. “I don’t know if I would choose it. But on the other hand, I also don’t know anyone that I don’t want to meet,” she said about living in the same city as her ex-partner.
And there is another move around the Becker cosmos: Boris Becker’s second ex-wife, Lilly Becker (49), also plans to change a location. Together with her son Amadeus (15), the jungle queen leaves her previous place of residence in London – but exceptionally not towards Milan, but to Düsseldorf. This move also happens because of love: her partner Thorsten Weck lives on the Rhine.
