Denise Richards: She accuses partner of domestic violence

At the beginning of July it became known that Denise Richards (54) and Aaron Phypers (52) divorce. Citing existing court documents, several US media now report unanimously that the actress accuses her still-husband of domestic violence.

Richards requested an injunction for domestic violence. She accuses him of having physically attacked – and therefore submitted photos, among other things, the attacks that she accuses him of.

As a result, attacks are said to have occurred. In the documents, Richards claimed that “Aaron has threatened to kill myself and the police during our entire marriage.” Phypers own at least eight non -registered weapons. He also threatened that she would “disappear” if she switched on the police. Richards was “repeatedly abused” during the marriage.

The 52-year-old, among other things, “frequently choked” the actress and “hit her in the face and on her head violently” from the present documents. During an incident in 2022, he hit her with the palm and described her as “damn BXXCH”. According to the report, Phypers must stay away from the actress, her house and car because of the injunction. So far, there has been no statement on the allegations from Phypers.

US media ,, had reported at the beginning of the month that Phypers submitted the divorce from his wife on July 7th. As a separation date, he specified July 4th and as the reason for the relationship with the “insurmountable differences” often mentioned in Hollywood. Phypers should demand spouse support.

The “Wild Things” and “Starship Troopers” actress and her husband had said yes in September 2018. She was previously married to “Two and a Half Men” star Charlie Sheen (59), Phypers with “Desperate Housewives” actress Nicollette Sheridan (61). The two have no children together. From her relationship with Sheen, Richards has born daughter Sami and daughter Lola, born in 2004, who was born in 2005. In 2011 she also adopted her daughter Eloise.
