San Juan launched two strategic proposals that seek to position the province on the national map as a reference in Gastronomy and viticulture. This is the official presentation of the Festival “Sabor San Juan” and from the 2025 edition of EVISANin encounter to taste and qualify local wines.
The presentations were made in the Fehgra space (Area for gastronomic and hotel development) from the provincial capital and was attended by local authorities, entrepreneurs and academic representatives, linked to the sectors of food and wines.

“San Juan taste” program: what is it and when it is
During the presentation the strategic axes of “San Juan taste” (food knowledge based on regional origins) And the activities of the program, which are proposed as a long -term policy to articulate traditional culinary knowledge with innovation, strengthen the production of regional foods and consolidate San Juan as a sustainable gastronomic destination.
