Netflix has published calls for the first half of the year. Duchess Meghan’s Netflix show did not particularly impress the audience.
After a few Netflix misery of the Sussexes, the hopes of Duchess Meghan (43) were probably on her new lifestyle show “With Love, Meghan”, which started on March 4 of this year on the Californian streaming service. But the program has not proven to be particularly successful in Netflix’s half -year charts. “With Love, Meghan”, which number 383 of all Netflix series, films and shows, comes to just 5.3 million views, i.e. divided hours divided by the total term of the series.
Second season of “With Love, Meghan” has already been announced
“This is very little for a Netflix original – and rather unprecedented for a series that was extended” in a report on the disappointing audience success of Meghan’s show. For comparison: In the first place in the ranking, the British series phenomenon “Adolescence” is located, which made it to over 145 million views in the corresponding period.
In contrast, Duchess Meghan’s old television series “Suits”, in which she once celebrated her breakthrough as an actress, was much more popular in the past half of the year. The first season of the lawyer’s series, originally published in 2011 at the USA Network, made it to 151th place on Netflix half-year-charts with 9.3 million views. Season four is located with 5.3 million views a few places ahead of “With Love, Meghan” on the 378.
Prince Harry placed “polo” even worse
Despite this not exactly big spectator for the audience, a second season of “With Love, Meghan” should also appear. This has already been turned off and announced for this year, but a precise start date is still pending.
Even worse than the lifestyle program “With Love, Meghan”, in which Duchess Meghan performs cooking recipes and personal tips and tricks, the documentary series “Polo” of her husband Prince Harry (40) is placed in the Netflix charts. The show about the polo sport, which was considered an elitist and some of his protagonists started on December 10, 2024 on Netflix. With only 500,000 views, it is number 3436 of the semi -annual chart of the streaming service.
