The announcement of the show arrives accompanied by a very anticipated novelty: Mac premieres today “Holy”second advance of his new album “Guitar”which will be published in 2025 through Mac’s Record Label. The album was composed, recorded and produced by himself between November 16 and 28, 2024 at his home in Los Angeles, mixed weeks later in Canada and mastered by David Iives. In his own words, Guitar is “the most faithful representation of where I am in my life today.” The first single, “Home”, had already anticipated that intimate and direct spirit that is going through this new work.
With seven study discs and an unmistakable style that mixes pop, folk, psychedelia and spirit DIY, Mac Demarco promises a vibrant reunion with the Buenos Aires public. A show to celebrate its creative present, review classics and continue expanding a discography that is already part of the contemporary canon.
