According to Citeznce, the book will be published through Grand Central Publishing, a Division of Hachette Book Group, on October 7.
The book is described as the “Shocking, bitterly hilarious and never told the story of Ozzy’s descent to hell”in which the prince of darkness details the health problems he has faced in recent years.
Osbourne also “reflects on his extraordinary life and career, including his marriage to his wife Sharon” and “which cost him to return to the stage for the triumphant farewell concert ‘Back to the Beginning'” with Black Sabbath earlier this month.
A description adds: “unwavering, brutally honest, but surprisingly vitalist, Last Rites once again demonstrates why Ozzy has transcended his status as ‘The godfather of metal’ and ‘The prince of darkness’ to become a modern popular hero and a national treasure.”
In a statement about Last Rites, known today Osbourne explained: “People tell me: if you could do everything again, knowing what you know now, would you change anything? I tell them: I don’t talk!
