Sacha Baron Cohen has changed physically for a new role. With a pinch of humor, he reveals the three means to steal his body.
Sacha Baron Cohen is currently on the cover of the US magazine “Men’s Fitness” with two 30 pound dumbbells in his hands. There is little left of the hairy “Borat” actor. Because the actor has been preparing for a new project for some time. In the Marvel “Ironheart” series, he plays the villain Mephisto that comic fans should already know.
Sacha Baron Cohen: So he stood his body for months
Sacha Baron Cohen trained hard-but training alone did not lead to muscle success. He also had to fall back on medical aids. “Some celebrities use Ozempic, others have private chefs, still other personal trainers. I used all three,” he reveals in his Instagram story and shares his cover photo with the words: “This is not AI, I am really enough to do that.”
Not the only humorous swipe against himself. “I am in the process of tackling my Midlife crisis with all your strength,” he writes about another photo of himself with stealed body and names his new character: “Medium-age man who has replaced beer with protein shakes.” Protein shakes and Ozempic weren’t everything. Cohen’s diet consisted of low -sugar, fiber -rich food. His training program included around 100 pushups every day.

With his joke about an alleged midlife crisis, Cohen should also allude to his divorce just performed by actress Isla Fisher. The two separated after almost 14 years together. They have three children together. “We are proud of everything we have achieved together and continue to be very respectful. We are still friends and are still committed to the upbringing of our wonderful children,” said the two about their speakers a few weeks ago.
