On it Crawford sits as a little girl in a white ruffled dress and with two plaits next to a large cream cake and beams. In the post, she also addressed a few words of wisdom to her younger self.
“I would advise her to be kinder to herself, to treat herself like she treats her friends. I would tell her that everyone is nervous in new situations and that sometimes you just have to fake it until you can do it has,” said Crawford. She would also advise her younger self not to be afraid to “make a fool of herself – dance, sing, etc. – even if she’s not good at it”. Instead, you should rather laugh as much as possible.
In conclusion, she writes: “Be vulnerable. Risk showing your true self to people you love – it will be worth it. Be thankful. Keep growing and learning and living – life is a blessing!”
