Cardi B: rapper charged with assault

US rapper Cardi B (32) is being sued. During a performance around two years ago, the musician threw a microphone into the audience after a woman is said to have thrown at her with a drink. The woman who was led in court documents as Jane Doe was violated. Now she has taken legal action.

Doe has now filed a lawsuit for assault and negligence. In a statement, she said to the magazine: “What many have dismissed as a joke is actually a traumatic experience that has significantly affected my well -being and quality of life. I am looking for justice in the hope of holding Cardi B accountable for her misery, because no celebrity is above the law.”

A lawyer of Belcalis Almanzar, as Cardi B is called with a bourgeois name, also commented on the magazine. The civil lawsuit described Drew Findling as an “obvious and miserable attempt to blackmail it financially”. The incident was two years ago, he emphasized. Both the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and the public prosecutor’s office in Clark County thus investigated an investigation due to a lack of evidence.
