An affidavit was signed to the court on Friday by his lawyer Maxwell Mooney. According to PA, according to PA, the Irish-American Flatley is aiming to run in the election.
Flatley wants to speak for Irish people

The people in Ireland have no voice to speak their language, said Flatley. “Someone has to speak for the Irish people.” The presidential election in Ireland is expected to take place at the end of October.
