“Prince Charming” Nicolas Puschmann can finally take off the corset after his fourth breast surgery. But pain continues to plague him.
For him, it is a moment of redemption that he shares with his fans via Instagram: Nicolas Puschmann (34) can finally take off a single corset six weeks after his fourth breast operation. “My god, what a liberating feeling!” ,. But the way to this moment was anything but easy.
“As a child, I had a break of men,” Puschmann reveals again honestly. The teasing of his classmates must have been cruel for him: “More breasts than my classmate” and “trekknerventile” – as they called his oversized nipples. Even his own father had joked about his son’s body.
These traumatic experiences shaped the reality TV star. As a child, he held his hands in front of his chest while sliding, and he hid his upper body on the beach. “I always put myself very flat so that you don’t see my ‘breasts’,” about his childhood experiences.
From mere liposuction towards gynäkomastie diagnosis
The first procedure then took place in 2020: liposuction, initially without further diagnosis. At that time, Puschmann even checked the clinic under a false name – out of pure shame. It was not until 2022 that he finally received a concrete diagnosis: gynecomastia, a benign enlargement of the mammary gland in men.
A second operation followed in October 2022, then a correction procedure 2023. But instead of the hoped-for liberation, new problems came: “Since then: Stinging nerve pain with every touch in the nipples,” says Puschmann.
The fourth operation six weeks ago should finally help. Both nipples were opened again, the nerve pathways were desolated. “Hoping that peace will finally stop,” as Puschmann writes. Work was particularly intensively worked on the left: fat injection, removal of glandular tissue, additional liposuction.
The right side already feels “almost normal”, but the other is still causing problems. “Unfortunately, the left side, which was worked on a little doller, still hurts,” he admits. The uncertainty remains: “That’s why I don’t know if everything really went well with the operation.”
The previous restrictions in intimacy were also particularly stressful for Puschmann. “Sometimes I have already thought of stories, which is why my nipples are so sensitive,” he confessed. A lie of fear of the pain that made his dating life difficult.
A sign for other affected people
With his open interaction, Puschmann wants to encourage others. “If the topic touches you or you have had experience with gynecomastia, ops or insecurities, please write to me,” he appeals to his followers in his current post. “Maybe it will help someone out there to finally feel free.”
Despite the persistent pain, Puschmann is combative. He is very happy: “But now it is celebrated. Free the Nipples. Show your boobs,” he writes with a portion of self -irony.
