Florian Stadler returns to “Dahoam is Dahoam” as Thomas Winkler. But shortly after reunion, the series goes into the summer break.
Around four years ago, Florian Stadler (51) left the popular BR evening series “Dahoam is Dahoam” (Monday to Thursday, 7:30 p.m.). His role as a major investor Thomas Winkler had caused unrest in the Lansingen brewery in Kirchleitner. From July 30th, Stadler is now returning to this role and the fictional Bavarian village. The spectators can look forward to “feelings, passion and intrigue”, as Stadler reveals in an interview with the news agency Spot on News.
Florian Stadler: “It will definitely be dramatic”
Before Stadler left the series in 2021, he put the marriage of the Kirchleitners to a tough test when Thomas Winkler. Also now Uschi (Silke Popp, born 1973) and Hubert (Bernhard Ulrich, 58) are facing a challenge after Hubert has learned about his illegitimate son – and now of all things now her former brewery investor is returning. “It will definitely be dramatic. I think Winkler is pretty much upset the village,” reveals Stadler and promises: “It won’t only be emotionally with Uschi and Winkler.”
Behind the scenes, the comeback was less dramatic, but all the more warm. “Of course I was very happy to see everyone again. It was so much fun from the first scene,” says the actor. “I had the feeling that weeks and not years have passed since my last appearance.” He suggests that he is now preserved for longer: “Lansing is now Winkler’s ‘Heimat’.” The former “Sturm der Liebe” star is happy to be able to slip into an already known role again. “At Winkler there are many new pages that I find very exciting,” he enthuses.

However, the TV audience has to be patient to discover all of these new pages. Shortly after the comeback, “Dahoam is Dahoam” said goodbye for the first time in a three -week summer break. “Despite the break, the DID audience does not have to do without its series favorites,” says a statement from the BR. From 4th to August 8th, the ranking show “Best of Dahoam is Dahoam!” Sent, with the “most moving, funniest and most unforgettable moments” of the series. From August 25th there will be new episodes at 7:30 p.m. For impatient fans, they will be available for access to the ARD Mediathek from August 21.
