In the US magazine “People”, Heidi Klum reports what she was looking forward to in old age and where she found the first silver hair.
Heidi Klum used to think that you were “really old” with 50. The top model (52) spoke to that in an open -hearted interview about her life, her career and her relaxed handling of aging. Middle -age women should not be discarded, she says: “Don’t hide in your fifties. We only have this one life, so live it.” On the cover of the magazine, which she proudly posts, she radiates this joie de vivre.
In contrast to the past, it is made easier today to make it easier to age in dignity: “Today it is okay to be older. I have the feeling that we are more likely to accept wrinkles and curves on our body today.” She finds it great to be accepted at any age.
A first gray hair on the nipple
At 52, Klum describes her beauty as “constantly changing”, which does not have to mean anything bad. “If everything always stays the same, life is boring,” says the mother of four children. And this change also includes the first gray hair – but not on the head. The native of the Rhineland found a silver hair in the eyebrow and one on the nipple.
The “Germany’s Next Top Model” boss does not have to judge her future plans. For the next 20 years, the Wahl Californian assumes that she will continue to be surrounded by the people who love her the most. People like her “wonderful” husband Tom Kaulitz (35) and her children Leni (21), Henry (19), Johan (18) and Lou (15). “I’ll make it,” Heidi Klum is certain. “I think I’ll have a lot of fun.”
The 21st season of her celebrated American designer casting show “Project Runway” started on July 31st in the USA. Klum has returned to the format after a break of almost eight years.
