FAT Comedy has spread a video of his attack on Oliver Pocher and has to be in custody. Meanwhile, the comedian has shown itself in Wacken.
The Frankfurt am Main Higher Regional Court imposed a total of twelve days for the rapper Fat Comedy with two decisions. This was confirmed by a spokeswoman for the Spot on News news agency on request. Despite the ban, Giuseppe Sumrain, as he is called with a bourgeois name, once again spread a video that shows his attack on comedian Oliver Pocher (47).
In March 2022, Pocher visited a boxing match in Dortmund when Fat Comedy hit him in the face without warning. A video of the attack then made the round on the net. In July 2023 there was already civil trial, in which FAT comedy was convicted of 50,000 euros in pain and suffering and compensation by the Frankfurt district court. His lawyer appealed. In March 2024, Fat Comedy was sentenced to a fine for assault. According to the accusation, Pocher suffered ear damage and listening restrictions due to the attack.
According to media reports, Fat Comedy apologized to Oliver Pocher, who appeared as a witness and co -plaintiff, in a statement read by his defender. He regret the attack that was a “huge mistake”. He also regretted the video of the deed that a friend made for him, and subsequent social media posts. Pocher’s lawyer noted that the attack was by no means spontaneous and the comedian had been victims in two respects due to the “humiliating display” of the slap in the slap on social media.

Oliver Pocher has already announced that he wanted to express himself for the latest decision. The comedian previously showed up on the Wacken Open Air last Thursday. He visited the Metal Festival in Schleswig-Holstein for the first time and experienced a real top-class carpenter with the appearance of Guns N ‘Roses.
